Board-Certified Dentist Anesthesiologist
Dr. Dillon Atwood is a Board-Certified Dentist Anesthesiologist, and is a Diplomate of the American Dental Board of Anesthesiology. He studied at Davidson College and attended the University of North Carolina School of Dentistry before completing his postgraduate training in Anesthesiology at Lutheran Medical Center in New York City. He has practiced pediatric anesthesia in Arizona and special care anesthesia at Helen Hayes Hospital in New York. He is also an Adjunct Professor at the UNC School of Dentistry, and teaches courses in anesthesia, medical emergencies, pharmacology, and pain management.
